
How My Journey Began
I began working out for the first time when I was in the middle of a rough depression after my father’s passing, my mom and I losing our house, and my grandparents getting cancer; all in the same 3 month span. There was so much going on that was outside of my control, and I needed to find something that I was in control of and could pour myself into.
I started to experience the growth in confidence from feeling good about the way I looked and was hooked. I went from 6’2 140 pounds to 200 pounds in a year and finally looked and felt the way I had always wanted to. I finally developed confidence in the way I looked from hard work and consistency and I wanted others to have that same feeling. That lit the flame for my passion in personal training.
