Meet Your Coach

I became a trainer to help people find their confidence. Once a tall, lanky, unconfident young man, I discovered my self-esteem through working out and taking control of my health. When COVID hit, I began running and couldn't find coaches who combined running with strength training. So, I decided to be the change I wanted to see. Now, I've trained over 1,000 runners, helping them maintain muscle mass, gain strength, and achieve their running goals through tailored strength training and nutrition plans.

  • I received my B.S in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science Concentration in the Spring of 2018. In addition to having personal training certifications that are often obtained quickly I spent an additional 4 years studying my craft where I was able to soak up crucial knowledge on energy expenditure, metabolism, cardiorespiratory fitness, and exercise physiology.

  • I have spent 2 years teaching Metabolic Conditioning specific group classes. This experience has given me advanced knowledge into heart rate training and how to properly train your heart and body to burn fuel effectively and efficiently.
